In the centre of the New Administrative Capital, the central park is located as the main attractive zone in the capital, in the heart of the central park, a 90,000 m2 artificial lagoon is located to be the main attractive item in the park. The lagoon is non swimmable and includes fishes and ducks. The lagoon is designed by Dar El Handasa, and TMG is the main contractor.

The scope of work of EMAC is the execution of the waterproofing, Electromechanical system works.

ECLAT village is located in Port Saeed city, and developed by New Plan company, the main attractive item in the village is the swimmable lagoon 8000 m2 area and 1.5 m depth.

This Project is a turn key project by EMAC Lagoons, including design, construction and operation of the lagoons.

Owned by Maxim, the great project Bo islands’ is located at the very heart of Sidi Abdel Rahman Bay, 120 km on Alexandria / Marsa Matrouh North Coast Road. Sited on a bay and features an 800-meter-long beach of white sands next to a clear sea. Bo Islands’ waterfront homes – its four villas, one townhouse, and two chalets – have been designed by the Spanish architectural practice HCP. In Bo Islands, there were so much to delight the eye, the beautiful beach side setting, the specially designed network of 300,000 m2 of lagoons, canals, and islands, the lush public, and private green spaces.

Swan Lake is the newest Hassan Allam sons projects, At the heart of the Swan Lake, North Coast lies a series of large and spectacular seawater lagoons surrounded by a 2 km stretch of white sandy beach. Through this network of translucent lagoons, the turquoise-blue waters of the Mediterranean are carried into the landscaping of Swan Lake North Coast, offering homeowners throughout the resort unimpeded views of the water and easy access to the beach.

In this Project, the lagoons were designed by Crystal Lagoons and EMAC scope of work is the installation of waterproofing system.

Just minutes away from Marina over an area of 1.5 million square meters of landscaping lies Golf Porto Marina which includes Porto Lagoons, it is 24000 m2 swimmable artificial lagoon designed by Crystal Lagoons.

The scope of work of EMAC in this project is the execution of Piping and waterproofing works. EMAC also is supervising the civil works.

Newly developed resort by Amer Group in the most promising touristic destination and in the most promising spot. The project has 5000 units on an area of 800,000 m2 in which most of the area is dedicated for greenery and water landscape. Phase one has an amazing 30,000 m2 lagoon with shops and restaurants on the Cornish Street overlooking the view in the most hyper place in the project.

The 120 000 m2 lagoon in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, is the main attraction of the Citystars touristic development project, Golden Coast, located in the middle of the desert. The lagoon Designed by Crystal Lagoons and holds the Guinness World Record for the largest man-made lagoon. It is a huge artificial lake available for swimming and water sports. The scope of work of EMAC in this project is the execution of the waterproofing works (Liner and Polylock)

Diamond Plaza Tourist Village, a new residential compound in Nabq area, in Sharm El Sheikh, includes 4 stars hotel 20000 m2 Radisson Blue Lagoon Resort, mall, Cinema Buildings, shops, hotels rooms, studios rooms, stuff units, villas, palaces.  The compound is built around a 100,000 m2 artificial lagoon contains bridges, fountains and aqua park.
